Shampooing daily is not a bad thing. You should use a shampoo that says ';regular use'; or ';daily use';.

The more you wash your hair, the faster it becomes oily. That is the only inconvenient. Washing it very often stimulates the sebum production, but as long as you use a shampoo for regular use, it should be ok. There are a lot of shampoos on the market. I am not a fan of Pantene, but i just love L'Oreal. It does the job so that my hair doesn't look oily and i don't lose almost any strands.

if your problem is much more serious, you should ask your pharmacist about the best shampoo for regular use. Never use shampoos or lotions for oily skin because it will only dry your skin, maybe even get dandruff and then your skin will become even more oily.

Keep in mind that losing hair might also be attributed to the lack of good nutrition or to the lack of vitamins. If things get more serious, try seeing a dermatologist. Even if your problem is not that serious, a doctor can advice you anyway. Can i shampoo my hair daily with pantene prov shampoo+ conditioner??
while there are some products out there that cause hair to fall washing it everyday will not cause it to fall any faster.

hair fall out at different rates during the month. the fact is that hair falls out of everybody's head. the only differnce is how fast it grows back out.

wash your hair girl. especially if it get oilly and smelly. dont listen to those people who make things up just becuase they can.
u should go to the doctor u sound like u have a condition that needs to be checked out
Shampooing daily isn't necessarily a bad things. You should not use the same shampoo every day though. It causes build up. So now and then you should use a different shampoo.

And you should stay away from pantene all together. I've had hair stylist after hair stylist tell me how horrible that stuff is for your hair.
Yeah, it depend on hair type.. But really I've read so many articles that daily shampooing is a no-no. Why dont you just alternate the use... shampoo today, conditioner tomorrow.. but for my hair.. i conditioner it daily coz it's dry...
it really depends on the hair type.

but pantene claims it can prevent hair fall.

really confusing right?
yes-its not good to shampoo ur hair daily.i shampoo mine twice a week.also losing abt 80 strands of hair daily is natural.u cud get some good home remedies from ur hair speacialist to prevent continuous hairfall if u feel ur losing too much.and also try switching ur shampoo to one with the least chemicals,i use baby shampoo.
dont use pantene every day...no good!believe me.
I am sorry to say that if you use this product all your hair can fall out. It is a type of wax used in floor waxes. It can seal off the cuticles and the hair die out. I suggest a professional product from a salon. Those items are not required to wax the product down. These waxes are used so you have to use more shampoo to get the job done..thus having to buy more, more quickly. Hope this helps!
Both my mom and i used that stuff, DAILY, my hair is perfectly fine, but my mom's burst into wacky curls. It's terrible

(JUst Kidding, she got a perm it works great daily)
If youre going to wash your hair daily (not recommened) use a baby shampoo and condition your hair once a week. Try combing your hair more often to move the oils away from your scalp and it will condition the hairs between shampooing.
