Is it healthy to shampoo your hair daily?

I use Pantene Pro V shampoo for classic clean.Is it healthy to shampoo your hair daily?
Well it depends. If you have very oily hair you should wash it every day. If your hair is very dry only wash it every 2 to 3 days. And if its just in between wash it every other day. I say this because when you wash your hair it takes out natural oils so if you have dry hair it will make it even dryer. But if you have oily hair it will make it less oily.





I recommend aussie shampoo and conditioner. I really like the soften and protect one. But if your not on a budget and are going for a really really nice and expensive shampoo then definitely use biosilk shampoo and conditioner. They are very expensive but work like a charm. Also for very very very nice hair use the biosilk oil stuff, it makes your hair really nice and soft.

I recommend Pureology professional shampoo. It is a colour safe shampoo, ideal for daily cleansing. They have several types: Hydrate for medium to thicker textures, Volumizing for fine hair, Dandruff Control for scalp sensitive and a Luxury line that stands far above anything else you will ever try. Most folks go with Hydrate.
Never wash your hair every day. You need some oil to keep it in tact and healthy. If you want your hair to thin, dry, and fall out wash it every day. Wash it every other day to every two days.





Pantene Pro V is a terrible shampoo. Use Redken or Pureology. If you color your hair use shampoo that protects that. If your hair tends to be dry use a deep conditioner once a week.
It depends on your hair really, hairdressers usually recommend washing every couple of days, but I wash my hair every day because if i don't it gets really matted and greasy at the roots.





You shouldn't use Pantene though, it's bad for your hair.
i wash it every other day. i heard that your hair does need some of the natural oils to keep it healthy.
