Well I was wondering if daily use of shampoo (head %26amp; shoulders, pantene etc...) lead to hair fall/loss?
How many days in a week is it recomended to use shampoo so that no hair fall/loss occurs?Does daily use of shampoo lead to hear loss ?
Your skin produces natural oils which coat the hair and protect the skin.
Detergents, such as a shampoo, will remove or reduce the amount of oil.
Everyone's scalp is different, but for me, I find I need to use a shampoo every third or fourth day and in between I either do not wash my hair or use just water.Does daily use of shampoo lead to hear loss ?
It does not
yes, and i advise you to wash your hair 2-3 days for one time
Hair loss isn't generally linked to shampoo - as long as you aren't using a specialist treatment every day.
You should use it every other day though - not because of the risk of losing hair but because your hair has it's own cleaning system via the use of natural oils. These also keep it nourished. Using shampoo every day can destroy those natural oils, and there is no need to do this unless your hair is overly greasy (in that your body makes an excess of these oils)
Every other day is plenty to be washing your hair.
these are reasons for hair loss:
*When conditioner is used, hair will automatically fall off sometimes when the hair is really tangled while you are brushing through it with your fingers in the shower...so don't worry.
*When a person doesn't have a healthy nutrient-rich balanced diet.
*Genetic reasons
*When you take medications (some can cause it, depending on what the side effects are)
*Also if you're allergic to the haircare/products you use, so make sure to see the ingredients before you use it if you're allergic to something.
But other than that...nope :)
if everyday use of shampoo causes hairvloss I would've been completely bald now. loll :P
i hope not
